Products

Our beauty and skincare products are intended for external use only. Please read all product labels. If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All payments are in USD via Stripe.

Shipping

We ship within the US. Shipping times vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products are non-refundable. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Contact support@vivabeautyandskincare.com to initiate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
