Why does it take longer?

Production is the extra step. Plan on 5–10 business days total to your door.

Are products good quality?

Can I cancel?

Within 4 hours of placement. After that, the item is in production.

Do skincare and lifestyle goods ship together?

Skincare ships from our main warehouse. POD lifestyle goods ship from our partner facility. Mixed orders may arrive in two parcels.

Will the print fade?

Wash cold, low heat dry, mild detergent. Following the care guide keeps prints crisp.
